Position Overview
I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent, opening my second location in Hyde Park soon!Looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. We have a positive working environment and truly are passionate in what we do while helping our clients!
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
- Base of $20 Per Hour + Unlimited COMMISSION and BONUS Opportunities
- Realistic Compensation $30 to $40 per hour if Minimums requirements are met
